Vacucell

The Vacucell vacuum drying oven is ideal for safe heating of oxygen-sensitive materials, quick drying of complicated parts, drying or heating of powders, heating in inert gas atmosphere and gentle drying at lower temperatures. The innovative, patented SERVOTHERM shelf system allows effective heat transfer from the heaters to the product without air flow. The ovens can be connected to a facility’s central vacuum system or they can be equipped with a vacuum pump that is either manually controlled or automatically controlled.

  • 316 stainless steel chamber
  • Working temperature from 5°C above ambient to 200°C

  • Ventiflex – spring-loaded door/window with safety glass vented to the sides, away from operator in case of an explosion

STANDARD LINE CONTROL SYSTEM

The microprocessor based control system automatically controls all phases of the process. Temperature control is based on “fuzzy logic” to ensure the fastest possible cycle without overshoot of the temperature set point. 

Features include:

  • RS 232 interface for printer or PC communication
  • Delayed start and stop function
  • Time range up to 99 hours and 59 minutes

COMFORT LINE CONTROL SYSTEM

The microprocessor based control system has all the features of the Standard Line Control System with the addition of the following:
