Forced Air Incubators

BMT Forced Air Incubators utilize a patented system of air circulation where air flow is directed both verically and horizontally. The patented thermodynamic spiral air flow ensures extremely tight temperature distribution within the working space. The computer-engineered air distribution plates ensure that the air flow is from the bottom up in a natural thermal spiral motion which results in optimum heating of materials and precise temperature regulation with minimum energy consumption.

Incubators with Heating and Cooling

The Incucell V Incubator provides very accurate temperature distribution within the chamber. Due to the forced air, the chamber and load heat up quickly and accurately. Available in the following chamber sizes: 0.8 ft3 (22 liters), 1.9 ft3 (55 liters), 3.9 ft3 (111 liters), 7.8 ft3 (222 liters), 14.3 ft3 (404 liters), 25 ft3 (707 liters).

The Incucell V utilizes a patented air flow system to achieve very accurate temperature distribution within the chamber. A central fan in the top of the Incubator forces air through computer-engineered precision air ports located in the air distribution plates within the chamber. This leads to more precise temperature distribution with small deviations. Ideal for use in biological laboratories, quality tests in pharmacy, cosmetics and testing in veterinary medicine and the food processing industry.

Standard Line Control System

The microprocessor based control system automatically controls all phases of the process. Temperature control is based on “fuzzy logic” to ensure the fastest possible cycle without overshoot of the temperature set point.

Features include:

  • Ability to store 3 separate user-programmed cycles
  • RS 232 interface for printer or PC communication
  • Delayed start and stop function
  • Time range up to 99 hours and 59 minutes
  • Digital temperature readout
  • User-friendly interface

Comfort Line Control System

The microprocessor based control system has all the features of the Standard Line Control System with the addition of the following:

  • Ability to store 6 separate user-programmed cycles, 40 segments
  • Chip card system for individual program storage
  • Delayed start and stop function
  • Time range 0 – 16 years with 1 min. intervals
  • Digital safety thermostat class 2
  • Programmable temperature ramps
